1/2 Cup Old Fashion Oats
2 Tablespoons of Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Cup of Milk (of your choice) or Water
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon of Honey
1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons of Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup of Berries or Sliced Banana
1/4 Cup of Nuts
Add Oats & Protein Powder to your container (A mason jar or another airtight container) and then mix those up. (Also add Chia Seeds & Cinnamon with this step if you plan to do so)
Next add milk (and peanut butter...and any other wet ingredients you choose) and then mix thoroughly.
Finally, put the lid on tight and place in refrigerator overnight.
Optional Step: If you choose to add toppings, do so in the morning, after stirring up your oats.
